Inclusion is not just what we silently believe inside. It manifests in all our decisions, from how we write our contracts, to how we design our venues, to how we behave as the head of our business for all other clients and vendors to see. It’s a complicated, multifaceted, intersectional process, and I certainly don’t have all the answers. But, as one wedding videographer and one member of the LGBTQ+ community, I think I know a good place to start: we all need to make less assumptions, and we all need to be willing to stand up when other people do.
